This was our second stay at the Palm Coast house. We truly love this property. The big draws are the screened in pool and game room. The pool is large, and kept sparklingly clean. The yard is very private so you feel totally comfortable hanging out in and out of the pool. The screen keeps out bugs so you don't have to worry about mosquitos or other pests. The game room is such a bonus. The pool table in great shape and very level. The wall-mounted TV can provide background music (YouTube) or other options. The foosball table is always fun. With three bedrooms with their own TVs, plus TVs in the living room, game room, and kitchen area, you are always near a TV is you need entertainment. It is a very quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. The decor throughout the home is tasteful and perfect for a beach adjacent property. There are plenty of good restaurants and things to do within a short drive. All in all, this is probably our favorite rental property ever in the North Florida area. We will be back!
